Unresponsive and unreachable public defenders
“First time I've never been in trouble with the law and I had Kale Brock as my PD. He isn't reachable at all! If you ever get the unfortunate assignment of him to represent you, make sure you've got your phone set up to accept private numbers or you'll NEVER hear from him!”

Lack of attention and care for clients
“Horrible public defenders! Don't take calls from the jail. Dont go see their clients before court. Don't answer the office phone or return calls. Don't return emails. Don't care about clients whatsoever or if they get taken away from their family's.”
