“It took two weeks and several reminders for Gerber legal to return my email after I had sent them some forms to help me deal with purchasing a vehicle from an estate sale. After waiting at the DMV for 5 hours to register the vehicle sale it turns out Gerber Legal had given me a non-certified copy of a document AND made a typo on a DMV form causing me to have to wait even longer at the DMV just for nothing to get done.”
