Apologies first to the Gabroy Law Offices for posting this late but nonetheless they deserve nothing short of 5 stars! I retained Christian Gabroy for help with my unemployment appeal and we won! The decision was made the day of the appeal and I, along with Gabroy Law Office, were notified by Unemployment the next day of the good news. Less than 24 hours is all it took and I was awarded my unemployment compensation. I was referred to this law office from another attorney. The first attorney said they could not help because my problem did not fall into one of the 5 areas of work place harassment. I have pages and pages of documents proving my case. The screener at the office told me the fee and I was fine as long as they could provide more help above the five work place harassment areas because I was already told I do not qualify. She said they have dealt with my employer before, so I was fine with the fee. Well a phone call later and short hundreds of dollars for the fee. I was told basically the same info. They were very nice people but Nevada offers very little protection for employees.

RIGHT Lawyers did exactly what they said they would do and for a very reasonable price. In spite of the complications caused by COVID-19, everything stayed on schedule. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. My paralegal was Adriana Rodriguez - outstanding! She patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
