I was able to get some insight on what the laws are when it comes to filing these types of cases in Nevada. although i was not able to prevent the inevitable wrongful event, Esquire Gabroy was helpful in pointing me in the right direct. He had pleasant staff as well and usually a prompt response.

I definitely recommend Christian for advice and counsel regarding employment issues. He won't just take a case to make $$ if he thinks you do not have a case. I consulted him regarding 3 issues: a non-compete clause I'd signed, a potential hostile work environment issue (which I did NOT pursue, upon his advice) and an Unemployment Denial Appeal, which we DID go forward with and won.
