I was referred to John Kelleher to represent me for an extremely stressful and difficult custody case. I was counter sued by my children’s Father to lower his child support. The decision to finally take action had been a long time coming and I was scared. But, John and his staff were so amazing. John is brilliant as a lawyer, but that's really only half the battle when you go through something like this. He was always extremely responsive to questions or concerns that I had and I was constantly contacting his office. His staff was so gracious and attentive. No matter the issue or concern, every single team member was kind, helpful, genuine, warm and welcoming. I was actually excited to go see them when I went into the office because I knew I would always be greeted with a warm welcome. John worked extremely hard, putting in endless hours, never over charging me and never making me feel like he was in it for the fees. And, I can't say enough about the attorneys who worked for him, the paralegals and entire staff. I never felt like I was putting them out or was an annoyance. I can't recommend John and his people enough. They are the BEST!!! After the entire ordeal I won on everything. I won primary physical custody and his child support was actually increased. I didn't even initially ask for that. But John did such a great job. There is no better family law attorney in Las Vegas.

John Kelleher and his staff are the most amazing law firm and people! I found Kelleher and Kelleher on yelp reviews and decided to retain him as I was going through Child support arrears. From the moment I walked into his law firm I knew he was the guy to have on my side and I didn't even talk to John yet. Hannah, Cheryl, Ryan and staff was wonderful and treated me as if we had been friends for yrs. Then had my consultation with John and what an amazing person he was. Long story short John and his staff was there for me. Anytime I had questions or concerns John and staff responded immediately with answers. John gave me honesty and YES YES YES He Won my case for me. And even if I lost my case I would still be writing this and feel the same way. I can't thank John and his staff enough and how much I appreciate everything they have done for me. I'm at lost for words. I will recommend everyone to Kelleher and Kelleher. Thank you all again.

Straight up, no bull lawyer.

After interviewing 10 plus attorneys John was the only one that stated this is the Nevada law and if all the info I am giving him is correct this is what I would be entitled too. Other attorneys tried to sell me on that I would have everything and then some. I appreciate this law firm being straight up front with our court strategy. Its very emotional and many times I wanted to send OC a nasty letter for making me to be a bad father, but John always took the high road and told me this is how we have to do it. I didn't always agree with it but I hired John to do a job and wasn't going to tell him how to do his job. In the end everything happened as he stated and I spent 1/2 of what my ex spent on attorneys as hers would always find ways to create billable hours. To all the first timers be prepared to be thrown under the bus by the other attorneys and make you look like a fool. None of this matters and its there to make you want to respond, which John many times explained to me its not worth to reply to these items and I would be wasting money. He was 110% correct! Listen to John and he will steer you in the right direction. You may not like what he has to say or not to say but you have to remember John knows the judges and the OC very well and knows how to react . Let him do the job and you will succeed! This law firm also has amazing people who help out and I had a second council of Ryan who I dealt with most of the time and someone who is just as on task as John. I can't stress enough how Ryan took my case and again kept me in line. Could of not done this without him. Cheryl the office manager is there to help out any way she can. She is amazing!! Hannah in the office is also great to deal with and always gets back to you in great time. They are all well trained in the court system and always there for you. I reached out to Kelleher & Kelleher in early 2017 for a post divorce issue dealing with my ex-wife and matters concerning my daughter. I live out of state and was VERY nervous about finding the "right" lawyer to help me in my matter especially not being able to walk into a office and talk face to face. What can I say, Mr. Kelleher and I spoke on the phone. He listened to my situation and concerns. He asked questions and laid out what my options were. I felt so comfortable during and after our call that I was well represented from there office, that I never looked back. Attorney Randy Richards took over from there and the rest is history. Randy and ALL of the support staff are straight shooters and will make you feel comfortable from day one! It's tough finding the right lawyer, but these guys get it!
