Lack of communication and responsiveness from certain attorneys
“Taylor Waite, one of the attorneys that works at clear counsel is handling my mother's estate. He's had the case sitting on his desk, collecting dust, for 3 years thus far. He doesn't return phone calls, doesn't let me or my brother know what's going on, doesn't do any of the jobs he was hired to do.”
