The Jacks Law firm helped me through the most difficult time of my life. No one wishes to split a family but sometimes there's no other options but to move into a different direction and separate. David Jacks provided me with great advice on how to keep our situation safe and legal. I am so grateful they did everything possible to create a great outcome for my son and I. I was recommended to reach out to David by a friend. He assured me that David would take care of me as an individual, show compassion as a person and not just treat me like another case. He was absolutely right! I was even more impressed with David's quick responsiveness and his thoroughness. My Uncle passed in July of 2020 due to heart failure. My brother and I are his only direct family and we both live in Alaska. After interviewing many firms, Ken's was the one I connected to. Not only was the team understanding, they were very clear from the beginning about the costs and time of having to get everything squared away because there was no will or trust. Absolutely AMAZING!!!! and could not be any happier with how David handled my case. My case was transferred to David one month prior to my trial date and he got on it right away. David and I spoke on the phone for hours going over my case and the confidence he had made me feel like I could not lose this. He was very confident that he could settle this case before trial, he understood my timeline to move out of state and he also wanted to help save me thousands of dollars, and guess what, that is exactly what he did.David is extremely honest and thorough and will tell you what you need to hear and will not bs you.
