Keith Pickard was the only Representative that helped during Covid by giving answers right away and had sound advice.

Now everything about my divorce is easy to understand thanks to Keith. I was worried sick until he explained right & wrong in just a couple of hours after I sent my question. If I need more help I know who to call and book a meeting. I’m ever so thankful.

I requested to see if he would be able to represent me, but was upfront about the cost for me due to the distance. He offered me legal advice as to what to do when no other attorney's were willing to go against my exes attorney.

well from what we have been emailing each other from help me out quite a bit I have not took off with my daughter and gave me some advice about what I can do for my daughter and what I should not do I would love for him to be my attorney for my case for my daughter it would be a blessing to have represent me in court

In 2009 I had gone through a bifurcated divorce in Utah. I had been trying to collect money I had been awarded in mediation in 2012. After moving to Las Vegas in 2015 an acquaintance referred me to Keith Pickard. Keith is well versed in high conflict situations and knows exactly how to deal with contentious individuals like my ex-husband. He knew how to deal with the antics of my ex and his attorney, something my former attorneys were not able to do. Keith is straight forward and does what he says he will do. He is very conscientious of cost. He answered all my questions and returned phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. Keith listened to my concerns and was reassuring in times when I was not so sure of a good outcome. Keith and his Paralegal Will were very thorough in researching and preparing every aspect of my case. In court I could not have asked for finer representation. I finally found an attorney who stood up for me and my rights. Mr. Pickard was not only able to get me the money I was owed but also an award to cover my attorney fees and a couple of slaps for contempt on my ex, which I have to admit made me feel I had finally gotten some justice. Keith Pickard did an excellent job in my case. He listened to what I had to say and worked hard to do as I wished. He is VERY knowledgeable and knew the case laws he needed to use to back my rights. I had a problem with my apartment complex raising my rent for sewer and trash after I had resigned my lease and had been enforced over a month when the complex decided to add more rent to my current rent. I researched the NRS Statues and found once a contract is signed and in place it cant be changed by either the management or tenant. I tried on several occasions to resolve this situation with my management, but they wouldnt listen and forced me to pay the extra fee. So I decided to hire Mr Pickard as my attorney and he wrote a legal letter and sent it to my apartments owner s and told them it was illegal what they were doing. A week later I was called by management stating they were reversing my rent back to the original amount.... If you need a great attorney who cares. Please call keith.
