Mr. Friedman was very helpful throughout the whole legal process with my case. Whenever I had a question either Mr. Friedman or one of the members of his team got back to me very promptly and explained everything in detail. While his services are pricey, you get what you pay for.

Matthew was such a great lawyer. I went to Matthew stressed out regarding my divorce and my ex-wife trying to leave state with our children. The moment I began speaking with Mathew I knew this law firm was going to help me. Prior to consulting with Matthew I spoke with another lawyer who gave me no confidence in my situation. Not only did I get everything I requested in my divorce/ child custody, when there was a stressful situation Matthew stood by my side and defended me. Divorce/child custody is not a fun situation but if you want an honest hard working lawyer retain Matthew and his law firm first!

I was referred to Friedman and was given a free consultation on a Wednesday. I presented my case and his charge was $7,500 as a retainer fee. I was later advised to obtain another lawyer that I probably would have better results with and asked for a refund of my retainer fee 1 1/2 days later on a Friday morning. The firm charged me $800 to "draft" two forms that were never submitted to the courts and charged 1.7 hours at $400 an hour to "prepare" an outline for his questioning of me for an interview. I feel these charges were strictly to recoup the 2 hours spent on the consultation and absolutely no way he spent 1.7 hours producing an outline. Surprising that everything added up to exactly $800 total.

He helped me to get what was fair to me and my kids and I couldn't be more thankful to him and his staff for taking the time and consideration and making me feel like I wasn't alone in this battle. Great local law firm. You can count on Mr. Friedman to be in your corner. They made this terrible time in my life so much easier to handle because I wasn't alone.

I hired Mr. Freeman based on a recommendation from my daughter, who works for Matt's mother. I talked to him over the phone because I do not live in Nevada. We understood each other on that first phone call and he had a plan and new he could win my case. And I lucked out. He took charge, got results, and handled everything for me. It was a post divorce problem and I had 2 lawyers before I hired Matt, that did not resolve the problems. Matt recommended a great Real Estate agent who made his recommendations to expedite the sale of our house. Matt got the judge to court order my ex husband out of the house so it could be listed and sold. He has a great relationship with family court and got that done right away. I did not have to be on hand for any court appearances, he took care of all of that. He was tough, thorough, and professional while dealing with a very difficult person. I just wish I had hired him first and possibly would have saved myself some $ and 4 years of aggravation. He was a very good lawyer in my opinion.

I hired Matt after a not-so-great experience with a much higher priced, much less aggressive NY lawyer. When my ex abruptly left NY, I moved to Las Vegas and began searching for representation here in hopes I could have the jurisdiction moved. Feeling pretty disillusioned with the whole process, I contacted Matt on a whim and decided to retain him after our consult. Matt worked diligently to address all my issues and concerns. We got the divorce kicked to Nevada. Matt then helped negotiate me parenting time with my daughter. We ended up settling for a number I could live with and I really think it was Matt's aggressiveness and aptitude that pressured my ex to settle. Matt isn't cheap, but he does a great job. My only regret is that I can't have Matt also represent me in obtaining custody of my daughter (which fell to the jurisdiction of state my ex relocated to). I'd highly recommend Matt as he's personable, extremely knowledgable, and very good at what he does.

Mr. Friedman gave me the expectations and a plan on how to deal with my case. Everything he said happened and he was always good about calling me back. He even gave me his cell number when I was battling with my ex and answered nights and weekends to help me. He was very knowledgable and was able to give the result he promised the first day of our consult. I would recommend Mr. Friedman to everyone who's going through divorce/custody. If you want an attorney that cares and is on your side he's the attorney you want.

Matt has handled two of our custody cases and he has been a breath of fresh air compared to lawyers we hired in the past. He was with us every step of the way and made us feel like we were his top priority. He helped us settle our case without having to go to court which saved us lots of time, money and stress!
