Our experience was wonderful

Our experience with our estate planning was wonderful. J. Burke Williamson was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very educational about the entire process and what we could expect. We were leaving the country weeks before meeting with them and Burke was able to get our paperwork together before we left. This gave us comfort and a sense of ease while we were away on our trip that our affairs were in order. I would recommend Jeffrey Burr Estate Planning to anyone needing to understand the process and receive a thorough plan. I sleep better at night!

We went to get a trust done. We worked with J. Burke Williamson. He was very professional, but put us at ease. He explained the whole process first and patiently answered every question we had, understanding that this was all new for us. The rates were competitive and everything was done in a timely fashion.

Corey was excellent (no brag just fact). He took thee time to explain in "lay" language without frustration of taking time and answering what could be considered as rudimentary (grade school). He was detailed and meticulous in checking and double checking that what our desires were (what we said) was correctly written so that when the time occurred every thing would flow without problems for our beneficiaries and time and monies would not be expended in trying to interpret ate what was written. I have a lot of respect for Mr Burr, I believe he is an old school thinker, he believes in what he does and in my heart I know for a fact he is not out to take advantage of his clients in anyway whatsoever. He is one Attorney you can count on, your not wasting your time or money, I would recommend him to ALL my Family and Friends!

I drove passed this place recently and it reminded me of the time I worked with this law firm for a brief moment after my dad passed away (this has been many, many years ago). I would strongly encourage you to stay away from this law firm. I hired them to help me after my dad passed away and they took advantage of the situation. They did absolutely nothing other than have a few brief meetings with me, and the next thing I know I had over an $8,000 bill. Completely awful. I wish I would have filed a complaint with the State Bar. Such a shame to have been treated that way. Especially taking advantage of someone who had just recently lost their dad. Such a shame.
