Been working with these people for 8 months now. They have all been great. They respond back in a timely manner, they explain the process in detail, and always end with asking if i understood everything we discussed, and have any other questions. The entire team has always been pleasant to work with. I will be updating my review soon, as things are changing. Ok here is my update. A month later Jamie Cogburn said his expert advised against the case. So now I have not been able to find a lawyer. Times running out. Funny how at about 6 months they said to stick with them, as they see a lot of Merritt to this case, then at 9 months I'm left without a lawyer. So now I can't say they deserve even 1 star. At least from me.

When you’ve been injured and feel that you have a slim chance against a giant corporation, Cogburn Law is your best friend. They listened to my complaint and investigated my claim. They employed experts to validate my claim. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. Happily, we were able to settle out of court to my satisfaction.

Everyone was very helpful, no pressure, and most importantly they not only listened they all were always very timely in keeping me in the loop of how the case was progressing. I never once had to contact the team for status updates, they were always way ahead of me. They all definitely made me feel my case was important.
