I had gone through a tough legal situation recently, and before that time, I had never needed to seek legal support in my life. So when I was in that 'what am I going to do', stressful auto-pilot mindset, all I really knew was that I wanted the best in law, I wanted to feel protected. Fortunately for me and anyone who chooses Las Vegas Defense Group, the greatest is received. Amber Fuhriman, Attorney at Law, was compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive from beginning to end. She was clear and always informative of my process. She made me feel taken care of and reassured.

Amber is the best kept secret when it comes to immigration attorneys in Las Vegas. My wife was held by ICE for a deportation hearing. She also had criminal charges pending in another case. I was totally freaked out and didn’t know what to do or what my options were. I contacted about a dozen immigration attorneys. I could tell Amber was the best attorney for the job from the moment I spoke to her. She is very articulate and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of immigration law. She explained everything I needed to know in simple easy to understand terminology. Amber successfully negotiated a voluntary departure and my wife was allowed to leave the country with no penalty. A number of attorneys told me that my wife was going to face deportation but thanks to Amber that didn’t happen. My family I are so grateful and we would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.

A combination of my poor decisions had created a very undesirable situation in Sin City that I needed legal expertise to solve quickly. I was contending with some serious charges. Hardly the key to the city. I knew of no one that had gone through this and resorted to an internet search for Las Vegas Attorneys and the prevailing laws. As promised a lawyer from the firm called shortly thereafter, went over things, and I we began to prepare for battle. I provided the documents they needed from me and they acquired a court date immediately. To my surprise it was all handled in one day. I arrived in the morning and met with David in the conference room. He conducted a brief pre-game meeting to bring me up to speed and inform me of any changes. Amber, my attorney, joined us later and proceeded to formulate a game plan for the 1:30pm arraignment. She explained in detail what I was potentially facing and proposed several scenarios with possible outcomes with the charges. Her personable nature and candor were appreciated. Once there, I sat there in the courtroom, waiting very little time as she went to work. Next thing I knew, all that was left was for me to do was to stand in front of the judge and agree to the negotiated terms. Rebuilding my life would not be possible without the help of Las Vegas Defense Group. Its only been a few months since my infraction and I am back on the road to regaining control of my life. They have walked me through my case since I was in detention and have since carried on with the work ethic that makes the case seem personal to them. Even through times when I might have decided to quit the struggle they reminded me that they are here to help and will help if you remain committed and focused to your own cause.
