Eric Marshall was the best lawyer to work with for my car accident. I interviewed quite a few lawyers in Vegas, the big one's you see on billboards and I left each one with feeling skeptical and shady about them especially after reading their reviews. I felt comfortable choosing Eric and I was not let down at all. The professionals he works with for medical care were the best as well. When my case closed I was very happy with his work and he was honest when he said he wouldnt take more than me and re-adjusted my figure to keep his promise. Marshall wants his clients to feel like family and I definitely did while working with him and his medical professionals he works with. You are in fantastic hands if you see Ross Medical and Loren Marshall Chiropractic. If I ever need another injury lawyer I will only deal with Eric. Eric and his entire team (thank you JD!!) are incredible! They did an amazing job settling our case, were extremely kind and professional, and really really fought hard for us! We’re very happy with the results of our case. They even picked up on my wife using my proper pronouns and immediately asked if those are the pronouns I prefer and asked me if I preferred to be referred to by another name. Then they immediately started using those pronouns and my preferred name and never even slipped up once! Even when going over tons of documents covered in my legal name. So professional and sweet! My first time ever experiencing something like that and it was so nice. If I ever unfortunately need a lawyer again I will be using this firm without a second thought. On my way to Marshall Chiropractic, I was pulled over for going 38mph in a 45mph while looking to my GPS as I'm from CA. & no pedestrians were present (even the officer mentioned that fact & school wasn't yet out). I saw no ("school zone") flashing lights (which the officer informed me that I failed to see, if they even were, in fact, flashing at that time; which I'll never know & the officer was on the other side of the lights, so how could he REALLY know for certain, either?). I WAS having trouble/slight distraction with my GPS & I WAS also wearing a brimmed hat that may have skewed my upper/overhead view to find me guilty (especially if my windshield visor was down; I don't recall, but it was close to 110° & nearing 2:30pm). I'd never before been on the 10 lane parkway & saw no evidence of children or ANY pedestrians present. In CA, it's a 25mph zone when children are present for schools, so quite a shock to be pulled over on a 10 lane parkway going 38 in a 45. I was horrified to learn of my alleged oversight & would NEVER do such a thing, deliberately. The officer was kind & KNEW that I had plenty of time to slow if I had known because he was in plain view, CLEARLY radaring cars. He obviously believed me, but gave me a citation anyway. Upon my arrival & sharing with Dr. Marshall, he was thoughtful & kind enough to refer me to his cousin's law firm, 'Marshall Injury Law' as his cousin kindly represents people with traffic violations AS A COURTESY (AT NO CHARGE!!!) to reduce a moving violation to a parking ticket with no points & waiving mandatory traffic school. What a blessing to have my alleged speeding citation reduced to a parking ticket & $98 fine with no points against my driving record. I've only ever received one ticket (in '06) of my 30 years of driving & I paid for costly traffic school AND a hefty fine for it. It was expensive & challenging as I was in school, full time & working part time. GOD BLESS the Marshall family & their helpful associates for assisting me with my health & my somewhat harsh introduction to some of the NV roads/traffic laws. Lesson learned & FAR less time consuming & painful that it otherwise would have been. I'm very grateful & I highly recommend BOTH Marshall businesses. Many thanks to them for their kind & efficient assistance. ***SIDE BAR NOTE*** I had an AMAZING massage & adjustment (despite the citation 😉😃🙏). Again, I highly recommend BOTH Marshall businesses. My experience with Eric Marshall was nothing less than excellent, as he is caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me and my family. When we did have questions, his responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. They were able to sort out every roadblock that came up in this case successfully and I don’t think most attorneys would have the experience, ability, or fight to do so. Great staff positive results

It's really a shame all I can give this firm is 5 stars. I know lawyers have a reputation for promising the moon and stars to keep clients happy but Eric kept it real with me. He took time to make me understand the whole legal process and informed me every step of the way. I was never left in the dark. All of his staff were compassionate and professional and they were able to answer all my questions and gave me clear legal advice patiently.
