Mr. Eric and his team, Lacey and JD, had helped my brother and I after a hit-run accident where our car was totaled. We were volleyball players and the injury set us back on months of chiro and medical appointments. His team made sure to take care of us, keep us updated, and was direct and professional. Never doubted his abilities, commitment, and will to ensure that we were properly taken care of. We made an appointment to come in today 12/4/23 at noon. I called at 830am and requested a phone consult due to my wife not feeling well. I didnt get a call back so at 930 I called to confirm they got the message. I was told that the computer said they had no messages. I told her that I needed to move the in person to a phone consult. I was told thats fine we will call u at noon. Well noon came and went. I called at 1pm and was told the attorney was in a meeting and no one in the office realized that no one called is for the consult or to say it was going to be later in the day. They just wanted to book on another day when they had free time. Dont let the reviews of this place fool you. Total disorganization and chaos. We will be looking for another law firm. Mr Marshall took the time to reply to my review on yelp. He could have called us to fix any issues that were there. He didnt. He chose to post how he likes to meet in person. His staff pushed me for a phone consult the first time I spoke to his staff. I have called his office twice and spoke to his staff called once. They called me set the appointment. I called to change to a phone consult and when they didnt call for the consult. If he likes to meet in person he needs to tell his staff that and not push for phone consults. Mr Marshall you had our phone number and you still couldn't call us. Your call could have made these reviews go from 1star to 4 star. But thats was your choice.

I was injured on a job site for my work and had to take a couple weeks off. Almost immediately after returning back to work, my injury became a serious pain issue and i could no longer perform my work duties. I sought help from the legal community where i was blessed to find Eric Marshall at Marshall Injury Law. I gave him a call and we set up a time to meet so i could tell them what happened to me at work. After the meeting, Eric himself flat out told me he will take care of everything. When he said everything he meant everything. Eric and staff treated me like family. I was sent to amazing doctors, surgeons, physical therapists and all support staff. They would give me updates on my case and check in on me to see how i was doing. I felt like i had a powerful friend on my side fighting for me. Along with Eric Marshall working on my case were Lacey and J.D. who were amazing at answering all my questions and explaining things to me. After all said and done the results of my case exceeded my expectations and i am so thankful i called Eric for his help. Eric, Lacey, J.D. thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart. You people made a big difference in my life.

I was hit at a red light two years ago on my way to work. I woke up the next day in pain and luckily found Eric Marshall. They saw me that day and got me over to an M.D immediately. From there, they fought to get me treated and feeling better and my car fixed the very next week! Lacy even made the rental car arrangements for me! I was taken care of in every aspect, and being a busy mom who takes care of everyone else, this was an unexpected treat. after an almost two year battle with treatment and pain, Marshall Injury Law got me an amazing settlement! Way more than I was expecting, but more important, they treated me like a person. They showed kindness, compassion, and truly cared about me and my family. I didn't want to hire an attorney after being rear ended in July 2022. However, after doing weeks of muscle relaxants, heating pads and physical therapy the pain was not going away. My doctor referred me to a pain management specialist who was not covered under my health insurance plan. I decided almost 7 months after my accident that I probably needed an attorney. I had seen Marshall Injury in the Pet Scene Magazine. I like to patronize businesses that support animals and gave him a call. He assured me that they would take care of everything, and he did. Very good experience all around. Thank You Eric!

I was involved in a rear end collision of December 22. Was referred to this office. Was very nervous about the process, but they reassured me. They provided detailed information about the case and the treatments I would have to go through. The doctors they recommended me too was stellar. Mr Eric was very friendly and approachable. Ms Lacey is unmatched. She texted with updates and as well just generally checked on my well being. Hopefully I never have to use them again for injury case, but if it happens they will be the first people I call. Only work I had to do was attend my appointments and get better.
