I was referred to Hammond & Hammond by my brother-in-law, also an attorney, who lives in Boston but used to live in Las Vegas. I am so grateful he recommended them to me. The entire office was helpful and efficient and my case was successful. After being hit by a car while I was in a restaurant (the car drove through the wall), I was compensated for my suffering, all medical bills paid, and I am on the mend. Thanks again to Tyler, an amazing attorney, and his excellent staff! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Eric is the best Attorney I have Worked with! He is professional, kind and takes the time to listen. He was able to resolve a ticket that was attached to my husbands accident. I am from Canada and i was visiting Vegas when I was in an uber car and someone had rear ended us. I was at lost of what to do when i Contacted Day & Nance. My employer reported to the IRS that I wasn’t on Tip Compliance for the year 2016. But I was under the agreement and they were taking my tips out of my paycheck. I received a notice that i was being audited and I owed close to $8k-$9k and said that I wasn’t reporting my tips. Tried resolving the issue with payroll and my employer but they wouldn’t budge and neglected me. I’m so happy I found Eric and his team. Went to them and everyone was very helpful and attentive. Had a meeting with him and offered to help me and guide me with advices with free of charge. I said I don’t feel comfortable dealing with the IRS alone so he took on my case. Been getting letters after letters from the IRS and Eric got them to stop. He was very helpful and very attentive. He replied to all my emails and phone calls immediately. He never left me hanging and always had reassurance that he’ll take care of it. He managed to wiped off all the penalties and taxes I owed for that year. If you need anyone to help you with all your tax needs and audits from the IRS I highly recommend Eric and his team!

I received a letter from the IRS that I was going to hit my statue of limitations. The letter looked good, but there was other language that I did not understand. I shared this with my CPA and he basically told me that one way or another that there will be no relief. I then reached out a couple of attorney that specialize in taxes. I thought my situation was simple, but the lawyers I talk to made it seem much more complicated and asked for a high retainer or a high flat fee. I called the office of Eric Day and spoke to Eric. He heard my situation and gave me some options to proceed. After retaining his service, he called the IRS to provide clarification on my situation. My situation was not too complicated and Eric did not try to gauge me. He is great to work with and replies to your emails very quickly. I will definitely use and recommend his services.
