I cannot tell you how helpful this law firm was in assisting me with my tax issues. I had neglected to file my returns for the past 6 years knowing that I was going to owe. Instead of facing the music, I decided to avoid it altogether. I spoke with Eric Day and he helped me get my returns filed and put my mind at ease regarding the remaining balance. We worked out a plan with the IRS to pay them off eventually, but it was affordable for me. Eric then helped me structure my business in a way that could save me $5,000.00 a year in taxes. I will always be greatful for the work they did for me and will be referring them to my friends whenever I can. Not just for IRS problems, but just to have Eric review their returns and come up with a plan.

I was caught up in what I believe was a scam from a restoration company. The restoration company put a lien on my home for bills they claimed I owed because the insurance company had not settled the claim they had submitted. The insurance company told me their claim was totally out of norm as to the rates normally charged for such work. The restoration would not return my calls and would not communicate with me or the insurance company. I was directed to call Eric Day from the senior advisory group and that was the best call I ever made. Atty. day heard my case, got the information he needed, and took charge of the matter. It is not a good feeling to get an IRS letter in the mail stating that you are going to be audited. I immediately knew that I needed a lawyer to assist me.
