Extremely professional and through handeled everything from front to finish including custody

If I could have manually added more stars, there wouldn't have been room to write my review. Brandon Leavitt is by far the most incredible attorney I have ever known - and I've known quite a few, having worked as a Paralegal for 15 years. He is unbelievably efficient - as soon as a document could be prepared, forwarded to me, and received back, he had it delivered to the Court for entry. I got my divorce in 6 weeks from start to finish. I didn't even have to appear at a hearing, which would have cost me a day's worth of pay. Most incredulous of all is that, according to an issue that came up this weekend with my now ex-husband, had Brandon not concluded my divorce as soon as he did, I would have been been in the same legal predicament that my ex-husband got himself into. It's like a miracle that Brandon prevented anything bad from happening to me. Brandon's office is quite a long way from my home, but worth every mile and every minute it took me to get there. Actually, I only had to go twice. He and his secretary, Kimberly, took care of everything! - Gail D.

Brandon was fantastic. My ex was trying to get primary custody of our son and move out of state. Brandon is the reason I now have joint physical custody and my son remained in Las Vegas! He had intimate knowledge of the Family Court system (having worked there) and was extremely skilled at navigating a lot of the red tape. For instance he notified me about the option of Pre-emptive challenge to throw out the initially assigned judge. Very instrumental in my case (got rid of the initial judge who was not "dad-friendly"). He was always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always sensitive to the cost and never intentionally did things to cost me more. I have recommended Brandon to other friends of mine. And they had the same experience that I had. If you have to fight in Family Court, Brandon Leavitt is a guy you can go into battle with!

Brandon Leavitt was very attentive and was always able to answer all my questions. He always returned calls and e-mail correspondence. Settled my case swiftly and effectively and no need for multiple court hearings or trial. Received very good outcome.
