Having to find legal representation is about as fun as going to the DMV. I'm glad I found Shauna because she made my life a whole lot easier. My ex-husband ran away with my kids which wasn't what we had agreed to. She and her staff found the court documents and summoned him to court. Needless to say it didn't turn out well for him. It was a tough situation made much easier by Shauna's professionalism and go getter attitude!

I have had to use way too many lawyers over the years just dealing with my business and getting divorce and it's never fun. Shauna I wouldn't say was fun but she did make it easy. I felt she kept me in the loop which I can't say for a few other lawyers I have used in the past. Being out of the loop is a total feeling of helplessness and it really bugged me to no end. Her team called me on a regular basis not only to keep me updated but to see how I was doing. How cool is that? It looks like I found my lawyer for the future.

She's very friendly, nice and easy to work with. Explained everything to me so I could understand the legal jargon. The process can be a bit overwhelming at times which made it nice to have an excellent attorney and staff who took me step by step.

Her and her team made it so easy for me to understand what I was up against. It's not easy going up against a big time bank but they knew their stuff and were able to explain to me how I could keep my home even with being so late on my payments. Thank goodness because my home means a lot to me so it was nice to not have to move.

Lawyers aren't cheap but with Shauna you get what you pay for. She's a go getter who doesn't take no for an answer when it comes to your case. I would without hesitation you her and her team again. Because of her, I get to keep my home and my car. I am so grateful, thanks Shauna!

If you're looking for excellence when it comes to a legal representative, you NEED Shauna Brennan. She had it together when it came to my divorce. My cheating ex was a liar and manipulator and Shauna saw right through her. We settled out of court (thank God) with my ex getting way less than she thought she would. I am forever grateful to Shauna and her amazing assistant who kept me in the loop the entire time.

She's the best. I could not be happier with how she handled my foreclosure case against the bank. The bank was illegally trying to take my property even though I was making payments on it. I had proof and even showed the bank but they were using some silly loophole to say I wasn't. How crazy is that!?!?!? I went to Shauna and she took care of everything....quickly! Best money I have ever spent on a lawyer.

A relationship with your lawyer can be iffy at best but that's not even close to the case with Shauna. She's a professional go getter that wears her heart on her sleeve. She is passionate about her clients and it shows with how she handled my case the entire time. I would recommend Shauna over and over again. It was not only her that was helpful but her entire staff that really made dealing with a divorce much easier. They were always contacting me keeping me updated and they explained every step of the process to me. I am very thankful that I found Shauna and her team. Thank you all for the hard work. As soon as I told her about my divorce and how my wife was trying to take more than she deserved Shauna developed a plan, a good plan, and fought very hard for me. While my wife still got a little more than what I thought she should get, in the end I wasn't taken for everything like so many guys. Shauna made it clear what Nevada law stated about divorce and really broke down what I could and could not do as far as the split went. She made things a lot easier.

Lawyers aren't known for being easy to work with but Shauna took that negative mark and turned it upside down. She was helpful, informative, and very professional the entire time. It was a breath of fresh air since I have worked with lawyers in the past who totally took advantage of me.

Don't settle for any lawyer. Most will just take your money, do an okay job, and push you out the door. That wasn't the case with Shauna. She looked at my situation from top to bottom, made in depth assessments and with that knowledge, went to court and backed me up. it was so much easier than I had remembered from years ago when I worked with a lawyer for the first time.

She is awesome. Shauna and her staff did an amazing job with my divorce case. I thought for sure I was going to run over because I am a guy and I have always heard bad stuff when it comes to courts and guys but I ended with split custody which makes me so happy.
