Potential for cases to be rejected or dropped
“Been working with these people for 8 months now. They have all been great. They respond back in a timely manner, they explain the process in detail, and always end with asking if i understood everything we discussed, and have any other questions. The entire team has always been pleasant to work with. I will be updating my review soon, as things are changing. Ok here is my update. A month later Jamie Cogburn said his expert advised against the case. So now I have not been able to find a lawyer. Times running out.”

“This might be the worst place to go for personal injury. My wife was son was hit by a drunk driver who was arrested and convicted. They sent us to the hospital later they said they couldn't win cause there wasn't enough damage on the car. Later they stuck us with the hospital bill. These guys are complete garbage.”
