I am satisfied at the outcome of my case. Attorney Lina was able to help me out with my case and her and the company seemed to be attentive and caring. I also thank Miss Go for facilitating me and my family. I appreciate it.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in late October 2019. I hired Dana Oswalt as my lawyer, and although I didn't deal with her too much, her assistant Cassidy Kay was amazing through the whole process. Cassidy was very polite, helpful and informative, and kept me updated through every step of the way. Dana originally was able to get me a settlement offer of X amount which I was happy with but encouraged her to renegotiate since it is only the first offer, in which she was able to come back with a second and final offer of 3x the first amount. It is now August 2020, less than a year later, and I settled my case, check in hand. I am very pleased and happy with the final outcome and how easy the whole experience has been. I really didn't want to go through a long legal process. Dana and Cassidy pretty much did all the work. I went to a few doctors appointments early on to fully recover, and the rest was a waiting game while they worked their magic. *Note: the only reason settlement took this long is because a court date for the other driver kept getting postponed due to Covid-19.

It was Great working with Michelle (Caseworker) and Dana ( The Attorney). They both communicated very well around the case details and what was needed from me including the outcomes. i Was treated like a person not a figure. During my claim I never went 14 days without Bernadette contacting me to keep me in the loop , even if nothing has changed. I was a nervous wreck after my accident and somehow the team kept me more at ease and assured me there is light at the end of the tunnel. My medical was always taken care of - everywhere I went and I mentioned who was representing me, they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable .. Going into a accident is a nightmare - being a big sports fan, I would definitely want Bernadette and The entire firm on my team.
