I would like to thank Benson & Bingham Law Firm for their ongoing assistance and direction in providing me with their upmost personal and professional help and guidance at a time when I found myself in dire need of help and support after an unexpected automobile accident. During this God forbidden event, I was ambulanced to the nearest hospital and found myself a week later with growing medical in-depthness, of which I had no idea of how to manage, control and let alone pay. The responsible party who was ticketed after hitting me, (I suspect a cellphone distraction), was underinsured, and my ambulance and hospital bill exceed their insurance representative’s offered amount made to me a week later in a phone call I received from them. Not knowing what to do, but pray, I went online, and googled over 21 lawyer firms in the Las Vegas Valley, many of which I recognized from their TV advertisements; which took me an excess of 5 hours of time that long stressful day. During this time I discovered this firm name, Benson & Bingham. As of today, I am happy to say, this intense research and time paid off, and directed me to this 5 star, A+ rated Law Firm, with an appointment the very next day! This law firm, not only provided me with a sound and peaceful well balanced mind of mental and financial wherewithal and priceless knowledge, as well as the ability to move forward towards physically restoration. The individuals within this Law office were on -top-of-everything, and knew exactly what to do with everything involved in my situation. The best part for me, was, ‘no question I asked Dana was too simple or too complicated.’ As I share my experience today, I can honestly say I made a very good choice in selecting this firm to represent me. Hands down the best attorneys to work with. The wife and I were rear ended July 30th 2015 on the 215 :). After living in Las Vegas for 8 years and seeing all of the billboards and commercials we were confused on who to call. So what we did was go to good ole Google. and picked who had the best and realistic reviews. Every review we read showed that they were consistent in their process and they actually cared about their clients. Alexis was my case manager, and Dana was my lawyer. These two women are incredible! They kept me update to date every step of the way and always called to check on me. While going through this process, I had a completely separate injury which I needed surgery. I didn’t have the money and these wonderful women were able to give me an advance to have the surgery I really needed. I am so blessed to have had them in my corner and will absolutely refer anyone to them!
