I want to share my experience with the Law Firm of Benson & Bingham this last year. Last year I was visiting a Henderson Park and two dogs owned by two separate owners were running together in this park and crashed into my side as I stood talking to someone in the park. They hit with such a force that it broke 3 bones in my leg and ankle. At 62 these were the first broken bones I'd ever experienced. The surgery and recovery period took 3 months with Physical Therapy lots of help from family and friends. This is the single most painful experience of my life and laying on a couch for 2 1/2 months was awful. After 7 weeks the owners of the dogs did not come forward. I had two separate friends recommend the same Law Firm of Benson & Bingham so that was enough for me. I called and was given attorney Dana Oswalt to represent my case. At the time of our first meeting I was in so much pain I could hardly function but her honesty and clarity about my case and how she planned to proceed put me at ease. Dana assigned her legal assistant Cassidy Kay to help me navigate the physical therapy and insurance aspects of my case and I cannot thank them enough for making one of the most difficult times of my life, easier. I was able to concentrate on my recovery completely and getting back to work because they were navigating the aspects of this terrible event that I would not have know how to handle. The settlement they secured for my injury was better than I would have been able to do for myself and as a resident of Henderson, NV I want to highly recommend Dana, Cassidy and Benson & Bingham if you need legal assistance. They were everything I would have hoped for in legal representation and I'm only doing as well as I am today because of their fine efforts.
