I went to Benson & Bingham through a referral from a friend. Someone rear ended me on the freeway a few months back and my attorney was able to settle my case in a timely manner with a nice payout. They were also able to negotiate my medical bills down and work on a Lien so that I do not have to pay my medical costs up front. If you have been hurt in an accident I recommend Benson & Bingham.

When I first visited Benson & Bingham, I was impressed with the hospitality and attention I was given by the staff upon my arrival. What made the process easier than expected was that I was not living in Nevada at the time and was traveling back and forth from New York. Lina, along with her assistant Alexis, kept constant communication with me via email and telephone to update me as things progressed with my case. Despite my worries of mounting bills due to being out of work, Lina & Alexis were able to accommodate me with assistance until the pending settlement was eventually finalized.
