Benson & Bingham did an excellent job representing me after a very bad near head-on crash in the northwestern part of the Beltway. Lina and Ashley kept checking in on how I was recovering and on how the case was progressing. The doctors and team that took care of me was great too. They kept me well informed and never made me feel pressured to take a deal, as well as trying to fight for every dollar possible. They always kept me up to date on what was going on and even when providers started to pursue collections action, my team at Benson & Bingham made sure that things were dealt with. I already have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I would highly recommend this law office. I had Lina and Ashley helping me with my case and they kept in contact the entire time. Always checking on me and got me as much money as they could. This law firm is absolutely wonderful. I started my case while I was living in Reno, they were referred to me by a friend. They worked hard to help me get everything organized from insurance and my doctors. Ashley was fantastic. Always had to time to talk to me about what was happening with my case. When one of the doctors offices started sending me to collection despite the lien they agreed to, Ashely stayed vigilant on making sure they corrected the issue. I hope I won't need legal representation again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to come right back here. I would be happy to refer them to my friends and family!!
