After initially speaking with Glenn he gave us hope that even though we had a solid case, and nothing is guaranteed, he was willing to work with us. I had so many questions and concerns about a possible outcome even before the "real work" began. Glenn spoke with me not only as a client but as a friend. It is unbelievable how much work that he put in to my case with all the filings, interviews, evidence gathering, expert consultants, etc. I never saw any medical bills or bills of any kind as Glenn and his staff took care of it all.
