Glenn Paternoster and Jeri Grainger went above and beyond for me after my slip and fall injury and I cannot thank them enough! Excelente trabajo del equipo de Gina ,gracias a ellas pude pagar mi carro el cual All State no querían pagar ,aparte también sacaron compensación del tiempo que estuve sin trabajar por el accidente y el dinero de las lecciones ,la verdad muy satisfecho ,la señorita Zulema en todo momento estuvo en comunicación conmigo para cualquier duda ,sin dudas volveré en un futuro para cualquier caso gracias 🙏🏼

Unfortunately, my experience with Gina and her firm was not great. Along the course of 4 months, week after week, I had no answers as to why my truck was still in the shop. No answers as to why I had no car rental. All they could ever say was they left messages, with adjusters and mechanics, and no one was returning their calls. But each time I called insurance adjuster and automotive shop I got the answers I needed. 3 months without a vehicle, I had to plead my case to a caseworker supervisor and finally was able to get a rental, but never getting any real answers about my questions concerning my case. Never once did Gina show any interest in meeting with me after any of my complaints. I had to schedule a meeting with her myself. That phone conversation was a joke. She would ask me a question but never let me finish a sentence in return. Very aggressive. No interest in the my hardships taken to my business and personal life. Her response was, I'm not your therapist, I'm your lawyer. LMBO. And finally she tried ending the conversation with a promise of a loan that I never requested. Safe to say, I hired a new attorney next day. In 1 week, my new attorney did more for me then Gina or her associate did in 3 months. Thanks Gina, for making my case a priority for you 😁

I’m assuming you have to be the right skin color and speak a certain language for her and her team to fight for you. This has been a terrible experience for my son and I. She hasn’t been on our side and has lacked communication the entire time. She had the case since Oct ‘23 and the very first and only time I spoke to her was in March of ‘24 and she didn’t even have all the facts NOR DID SHE SPEAK TONOUR WITNESS!!! Terrible lawyer for my kind. Do not hire her if you want someone to fight for you.
