I'm fortunate enough to have Mr. Claus and his incredible team handling my case. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I recommend his services to anyone seeking a Defense Attorney.

Extremely rude, nothing gets done. This attorney basically took over my case for no reason at all, I had to be on the phone with the insurance company 24/7 trying to get my car fixed because the attorney would never return their phone calls. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Had to fire our attorney and hire a new one while deep in the throws of a case. A simple Probation violation turned into an extended residency at CCDC after judge ordered that probation be reinstated. Augustus Claus was the court appointed representation for a friend. He was facing, 15yrs to life, for an attempted murder charge that was trumped up by his brother. Mr. Claus and his staff did their research and investigating to find the truth and get the charges against my friend dismissed and dropped. Just in time for his new son to be born.

I had set up a free consultation with Augustus firm because I found out about a warrant I needed help with. And because I live in California. When I tell you responsive I mean they were responsive, helpful and told me everything I needed to know.
