My attorney handled my case fairly, swiftly, and expertly. It was nice to have my attorney's experience doing the hard work that my case required. I very much appreciate the tenacity and thoroughness given to me.

Dealing with insurance companies can be nerve-wracking . when you are coping with a work related injury ,on top of all it can be overwhelming. I contacted the office of Ed Bernestain and they took care of everything. I would not have kept my sanity without their help! Very quick at returning phone calls and responding any questions I had . I was hit in a car accident by a careless motorist who thought he did not have to obey stop signs. As a result I was injured. I called Ed Bernstein's office right away. I am so glad I did. I would suggest to anyone hit by someone to do the same. They made the whole process so much easier for me, it would have been such a pain to deal with insurance companies without a lawyer. My accident happened 1 year ago. I was involved in a car/pedestrian accident that resulted in injury. When I called to see if I even had a case, from the first hello everyone at this firm treated me with respect and they all had a caring nature regarding what had happened. I was given call backs within a decent time period, all my concerns were met, me being the victim in this accident they explained and handled everything so I was worry free. They set me up with excellent doctors and my treatments were actually pleasant to go to. I've already recommend this firm to a few friends of mine and even though my case is finally done and closed I will return if ever needed,hopefully not,but I hold a high respect for everyone who handled my case.
