The worst lawyers EVER. They never call you unless you call them for an update it’s like you have to remind them to do their job or you won’t hear back for months. Super unprofessional don’t believe the hype it’s a lie & they take 33% of what you get & they already aren’t able to get you a fair amount after medical bills and their pay out you’ll be left with the least. after all that time you spent waiting don’t choose them to represent you. you’ll be disappointed

You were excellent timely and you were easy to contact when I needed anything I can't think of anyone I would rather have representing me thx again for all you did

do not go to this place,got accident from walmart from falling object cause of overstocking negligence,i vomit and went ER and got concussion and contusion in scalf,they took my case and drop it after 6 months cause apparently walmart denies they're fault which is gonna be obvious and refuse to give the video to this firm unless we go to court,this firm got scared and drop my case.They only want a quick case and not willing to fight for you in court,it's like every month pass and no communication to them unless you call them for update.If i can give 0 star i would,what a joke firm run and find other firm,it's not worth it.

I found this law firm to be shady, they don’t tell you everything from the beginning. They will purposefully leave out information that greatly affects your case and they’ll blame everyone else for why they couldn’t get you money. Also, they don’t tell you they will pay the doctors with your money regardless, if you have insurance and they already were paid. They will not tell you that your child will never receive money until they become of age and can accept it.. They just ask for Your signature. They don’t actually care that you were injured. The last thing these women said to me was “well that’s what you get when you call a lawyer for a car accident.” Meaning you get screwed over in every single way. So their advice is basically don’t call a lawyer if you an ever injured in a car accident, figure it out with your insurance company and you will get more than with them.

Hello my google people. I just wanted to leave a review about Ed Bernstein & associates. My experience was top notch from beginning to end. Nohely Moreno was the associate that handled my injury worker comp case. She was extremely transparent, great at communicating how the entire process works . Everything that was discussed was delivered seamlessly. Not to mention wrapped up In a timely fashion. If not for Ed Bernsteins firm I would have been taking advantage of by the employer/insurance company where my work injury took place. Non the less they got me the proper medical care & most importantly the payout $$$ that made my life whole again. Thank you very much Ed & crew . I’ll definitely recommend to anyone I know going through a situation like I did. Great job ! 😁
