They took forever with my case that was pretty cut and dry, not only that but when it came to the settlement amount they literally didn’t put up a fight it seems, the number just got lower and lower. I had a friend that went to another law firm, he got more than I did and his accident was small compared to mine. They suck at communicating. I went months without hearing from them. Not only that but also they take 1/3 of your settlement amount PLUS AN EXTRA FEE THAG WAS A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS so that’s less money that you will receive. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LAW FIRM. One of my clients got rear ended by a ups truck and was thinking of calling them and I encouraged him not to and to go elsewhere. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because when they do talk to you they are at least nice about everything, other than that DONT TRUST ED BERNSTEIN, if you want a good settlement go elsewhere.
