Great People, Great Office, Great Attorney & Staff! Ken and Anna are honest, ethical, and humble. They are knowledgable and have been extremely helpful in guiding me in the right direction to resolve legal issues for friends of mine and myself. Thank you guys!

I would not recommend this office for anything. Anna the receptionist is so RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS its ridiculous. She hung up on me 4 times while I was trying to get information from her. The attorney seems OK but I don't understand why his office staff is so RUDE. Perhaps she needs to find a different job because she CLEARLY doesn't belong in this profession!!! When you call an attorneys office looking for assistance and the receptionist is rude and not helpful it makes a difficult situation even worse. He is appointed by the courts as a public defender. People are scared confused and looking for help. When they call and get this type of response from his front office staff it makes things worse. They won't take jail calls so the person he is supposed to be defending can't get the help they need. Its really UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I AM SO UPSET, APPAULED, AND INSULTED. There are just really no words to express my disappointment in Anna's behavior. Its a very unfortunate experience. I hope that your loved ones don't get this guy appointed to their defense because there is certainly no help given by his office. I would recommend requesting a different public defender or represent yourself cause you will get nothing from this office. Well, except rude behavior. Good luck if you get him.

I have had to use his services for multiple reasons. I would not go anywhere else. Ken has a soft heart and able to answer any of my questions regarding my legal issues. He is flexable with meeting times and is very reasonable with pricing. I would reccommend his services to all my friends and family.

He is a straight up guy. He helped my Son get far less time on an issue...I would recommend Ken Frizzell!
