not impressed. Email with the fine stated the wrong amount. I was not informed that my case qualified for doing community service instead of paying the fine. THE DAY BEFORE COURT, I received an email asking for a document I had emailed 6 weeks prior. I received an email stating their dealings with me have concluded when there was still a hearing coming up several weeks later. Totally felt like I was treated like a number. End of the day, I could have done all this myself with the same outcome.
