Overall, my experience with Richard Harris Law firm with my motorcycle accident case was a very positive one. This firm truly does not charge you any fees. There are no hidden fees either. Any expenses in hiring them will come out of the settlement they win you, and they will not take more than what you are awarded, which is something that is rare within their work field. Should you have any questions about how they charge, they are very upfront in their answers. My case manager was very helpful. He was very accessible via email and phone call, typically responding within one business day, and almost always answered the phone. He painted a good picture of how the case was going to play out, and kept me updated as things unfolded. In addition, one of their attorneys actually fit me into his schedule to visit me in the hospital after I contacted them via my initial email. Through this visit, I was able to ask some more in depth questions on what it would look like to hire their firm for my case. Keep in mind this law firm is located in Nevada, and I reside in California. My only "complaint" (if being picky) is more towards my first contact with them. I did the free case evaluation through the Law Tigers website, and got contacted by one of the attorneys via text. The very first text I received was asking me to complete their retainer (basically the contract to hire their firm), as they could not help me without it. This to me struck as odd, as it defeated the purpose of a free case evaluation. I had never hired an attorney up until this case, so I was already on edge of doing so in the first place. However, this was remediated with the hospital visit mentioned above. However, had the hospital visit not of happened, I may have decided against hiring an attorney based on that first text interaction. When it doubt, give them a call when things dont seem right for clarification. If you got in a motorcycle accident like me, and are thinking about this law firm, I do encourage you to do business with them. It was overall a great experience, and they were able to get me more money through my settlement than I wouldve been able to get alone.

Very great law firm! Get the job done such as doing follow up calls, getting all the information needed for the case all while being very genuine & concern! I couldn’t picked another law firm to work with! Thank you God for this company
