Very disappointed on how this law firm deals with their potential clients. Since I live out of state, I had contact them regarding a potential claim against a hotel, for which their spa had to much chemicals in it and burned me all over my body. I was advised by them to seek medical advice and to see a dermatologist. So I indeed did what they had asked and went to the urgent care that evening. They informed me that they would follow up with me the next day in which they did. After speaking with Bianca I had informed her that I had went to see a doctor that evening. She had asked me if I had seen a dermatologist, for which I replied no not yet. I told her that i had to have a referral and it would take a day to get ahold of my primary doctor to request one. She said okay. While on the phone with her, she requested for me to send her pictures of any burns of my body I had taken. I agreed and sent them over to her. Meanwhile I contacted my Doctor to initiate a referral to a dermatologist. The following day I was contacted by one of their employees, but don't know who, since they didn't leave a message for me. Once I seen that they had called, I called back about an hour later to find out that the attorney had reviewed my pictures and decided that He/She couldn't go forward with a case. I totally understand and respect their opinion, however wasn't it their recommendation to seek out a dermatologist to get a professional opinion in the first place. Why waste my time to send me to these places when they could've made there own assessment via pictures I sent them. What a waste of time. Totally unprofessional!! Obviously customer complaints are not rare for this company as they claim. Folks do your due diligence in finding a reputable law firm that will meet and exceed your expectations. I personally own a 5 star company and can tell you after reading all the complaints, that this is not one of them.

I highly recommend using Richard Harris Law Firm, with special credit to attorney Alberto Castro. From beginning to end my case was handled seamlessly with constant communication from my attorney as well as the entire law firm. Mr. Castro was able to explain everything to me efficiently which was a huge relief as legal situation can often be intimidating. For their constant communication and thoughtful dedicated employees I would definitely recommend Richard Harris Law Firm.

I made the right decision that I have choosing the Richard Harris Law Firm. I highly recommend that you need a best lawyer. His name is Albert Casto. Please talk to him in the office if you get in a car accident and he will help you as much as he is on your side. He can work on your case. I am lucky to have him as a friend. I have met him at Express Fashion and I used to work with him for a long time. From the day I walked into his office I was treated with the utmost respect. It was good to see him again. I am glad that he helped me find a good places for the physical thepary and doctor appointments. I'm very happy that my neck pain was gone. I believe my doctor that my fingers pain was gone and much better.... slowly healed after 7-8 months. My doctor was 100% right. I explained my terrible situation to him about the car accident happened. I couldn't be happier with the results and best settlement because he worked so hard for my case and he fought well for me while he was negotiating the insurance companies as long as he is at the best. The worst!!!! Never saw attorney only loosely “legal aide”. 9 years SSD case and still waiting on greedy vultures that didn’t communicate with me until I notified them. The attorney who did A “brief” doesn’t even work for them. These are greedy opportunistic individuals who prey on vulnerable and people in need and then take full blatant advantage of them. SAD I DO NOT recommend. SSD rep Noel A. And attorney Linda were the worst to deal with. Only at their convenience and no communication. I did job for them. Lazy and horrible.

Jordan Henderson, my case worker and Chris Henderson, my Lawyer were always on top of everything. The staff was always courteous to me. I never had to guess what was going on with my case, ever. All of my Doctors appointments and physical therapy were taken care of, appointments were made for me which took all the pressure off of me and gave me the ability to heal. If you want to be treated with respect and not made to feel like you are just another case, call Richard Harris, they are above the rest!
