Richard Harris Law Firm was very professional and helpful throughout my whole experience.

Please do NOT use this firm for a SSI case. I can not speak as to other areas of this firm, but I have never been more disappointed in an Attorney than with this firm. An utter lack of communication and professionalism leaves me no way to ever recommend them.

I was recommended to Richard Harris law firm by my attorney in Los Angeles for a slip and fall injury that happened in a Las Vegas. Richard Harris went above and beyond to help my case. I only had to travel once, and my case successfully came to a settlement. I was very satisfied and happy with the Richard Harris Law Firm.

Richard Harris Law Firm has a great staff that cares about its clients. I’m so glad Emily T was able to point me in their direction. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Noel was working on my case and did not follow up or respond to letters sent from disability and in turn case was denied for missing paperwork. When we spoke to her she simply states she has over 1000 cases and that was that. I informed her someone else needs to call me she clearly can't handle the case. When I left message with Mr Harris he had another person Call me back who actually tried to justify their negligence and defend Noel before hearing what happened. Good thing i keep all messages to show Noel dropped the ball. Do not hire this office they take on more cases then they can handle and got mine denied and have no intention on fixing it. Their priority is ego not clients. Appartently they spend more time on commercials instead of cases.

I’d like this review to reach Richard Harris in person so that he would know how much a bad performance can contribute in the destruction of a clent’s life.. I have to write this review as part of my therapy. it is unfair when you suffer an accident that changes your life but it's devastating when you don't get your right because you had a bad lawyer. My experience with this office caused me more pain than what i already had. I suffered from a brutal dog attack. my dog and i were seriously injured. i was referred to this office just because there was a conflict of interest with my previous lawyer who was amazing, so i had something to compare to. The whole file was sent to this lawyer and i have scanned all my receipts, reports, even the out of country ones and sent it to the lawyer they assigned me to. They hardly got back to me, i had to call almost 10 times each time before someone returns my call. I met the attorney only one time. my deposition came without preparing me or even completing all the reports. that's because they assigned me a lawyer that is not even present in Nevada. he was leaving the office. the day of the deposition i met half an hour before the case, it was the second time i see my attorney. And because I always have a backup i brought all documents with me that i have already sent a copies of. I was shocked when he took a look and said: " Oh, I haven't seen these before. I forgot to include them." i was also shocked to know that my injuries were more serious than i thought. no one checked all my reports before, in fact no one bothered to see if i'm missing some reports. one of them is my diagnosis of PTSD which was dismissed by the judge because they were no report. The attorney didn't even want me to talk about the psychological impact of the accident, plus so many other list of details that will take pages to write. This accident destroyed my life and it wasn't acknowledged because this office did not bother to do their job. I will never forget the last day i went to this office when i expressed how heartbreaking it is that they got away with it and Justin one of the staff there told me : well there is nothing we can do when a dog just runs off the leash." this is when i understood no one bothered cause no one actually reviewed my case thoroughly. while my case was much much more than a dog who ran off the leash. it was an observed pit bull attack by the owner. since then my panic attacks got worse, I went back to therapy and my life and my dog's life will never be the same neither psychologically nor physically. Not just because I had a life changing accident but also because the people I trusted to bring me justice were incompetent.
