After trying their excellent service with their ticketing/violation department, I decided to take my car accident case to them. There was a rough start with a switch of case managers and I was extremely frustrated, yet after the case worker Phillip took over, I was keep updated and informed. Phillip followed up and ensured that I was provided the service I had expected, thank you!

Overall not satisfied with this law firm's professionalism. Called to inquire about a potential case on Friday Oct. 27, 2017 and spoke to an Eva who lead me to believe she was part of the law groups employment personal. Eva promised a return call and never mentioned she was part of the answering service. Eva never mentioned the law office was closed due to Nevada Day. She mislead me to believe after going into details that the case would be a case the law office would handle. I followed up on Monday Oct. 30, 2017 and spoke to a Cynthia who advised the office was busy and would place the call on hold to see if someone could assist with an update. I asked to speak to Eva to my surprise Cynthia did not know Eva and stated she had no idea who Eva was. This was very alarming as I had given a lot of information to an unknown personal who claimed to be part of the law office's employee personal. I requested a return call to avoid the hold time. I received a call Oct. 31, 2017 from a Valerie who unfortunately to my surprised was very unprofessional and quick to jump the trigger. I began to explain the reasons for the call to the law office and she immediately cut me off. Valeria stated the law office would not be able to assist without giving a chance to go into any details regarding the potential case. She was short, lacked empathy and professionalism. To my understanding she made it seem as the potential case was not important and lacked understanding. I'm leaving this review to ensure Valerie's unprofessional and lack of empathy behavior is noted.

Very professional group of attorneys that work hard to get you compensated for your loss, pain and suffering. I would recommend ALL my friends and family to them if they had an accident. They are amazing!

Great responses from the lawyers and paralegals. I have unfortunately had to use them twice by being in a car accident twice ( other drivers fault ). They keep you informed, answer questions promptly, and help get things settled fairly and quickly. Will use again ( if needed). Thank you all for such wonderful service. Sincerely, Ms. Murray

I would give a zero if it were an option. All my initial involvement all the way through my hearing were positive with my attorney, Samantha, responding to all my concerns. After a decision was made on my case the law firm and Samantha severed contact with a letter terminating representation. Calls were refused, messages not returned, except for a canned text message refusing to discuss the decision. It was the height unprofessional behavior to refuse to discuss the judge's decision with me in any shape or form.

Sarah was the most helpful, caring person and it was an honor to have her bird dog my case. Thanks for all your help...
