Do not do business with this law firm esp. if you have a home-based business. They totally ripped me off after a bad accident. I was hit by a drunk driver going 55 mph while I was stopped on W. Sahara at the Village Square Center Intersection. My headrest on my car didn't work so I nearly broke my neck. The cops took nearly 30 min to arrive. The drunk driver, who was driving her ex-husband's new Maxima, left the scene. No ambulance came. The firm should have got money from GM. I had a home-based business making good money on Amazon at the time along with related software I wrote I was getting ready to sale on a subscription basis. I lost well over $50,000 in retail sales, went deep into credit card debt and my Amazon software worth millions was deprecated during the physical therapy healing in Oregon. I sent paperwork detailing my lost sales. After two years I was only paid for the physical therapy, medical appointments and cheap car loss. One person there told me it was too complicated since I had a home-based business so they did not pay me for lost sales or lost software sales. I plan to call the Nevada bar soon and possibly reinstate my case as I am getting recurring migraines and pain in my neck. The old x-rays showed spinal damage but I had a terrible doctor in Oregon who said it looked fine. I believe I sent x-ray information to the law firm too. I am nearly bankrupt and plan to do a GoFundMe site as well & further give a bad rating to this horrible law firm.

I've been an injury attorney for over 30 years and I have seldom met someone more committed to his clients and to serving his clients than Rick Harris. I've watched his firm grow over the years and its a reflection of his unceasing commitment to excellence at every level of the representation.

I love this firm. Every staff from the reception to the attorney is very respectful, diligent and friendly. Everyone treats you and talks to you like if you were family no just a client. I will recommend them to anyone for their personal injury matter.

I have never heard of another firm who returns your calls the same day, emails you back the same day, calls you back after hours if is urgent and will stay after hours and work with your work schedule to come in and meet with your paralegal or attorney. I will definitely come back here anytime I need them. Karina and Bryan were always on top of everything and always communicated with me though the whole case. I had the best team on my side.

This place is wonderful. They " Get The Job Done" These attorneys treat you as a person and not just some number. They are there for you and sometimes it might take a lil longer but well worth the wait. Give them a shot. I would refer you guys to anyone. Let's be honest...hiring an attorney is seldom an enjoyable task. However, the staff at Richard Harris Law Firm were excellent communicators, efficient and thorough. I very much appreciate their attention to detail and focus on customer service. Highly recommend!

When I was rear-ended last October, I had so many questions and concerns about dealing with the Nevada driver that caused the accident and my out of state (Louisiana) UM/UIM and MedPay policy.
