Please trust this review. It's honest and completely unsolicited. Stacy has no idea I'm posting a review. You want Stacy in your corner. (Unless you are in any way jeopardizing your childs welfare. If you are lying, abusive to your family, or attempting to be deceitful.. She will find out, and she WILL drop you) You may feel as though you're not being heard at times, or your emails are not being reviewed. you may feel panic and anxiety that you're not her priority client. With all of my heart please believe me, let her do her thing. She is a champion for a parent that is trying to do the right thing. She is sharp as a tack and I'm willing to bet, twice as smart as you or I. Just let her do her thing . Get your documents signed and returned to her as soon as possible and you probably will be very pleased with the results. Although this review is now a little biased, considering how well she handled things for me, it is 100% honest and accurate.

She didn't file a counter motion in a case for my daughters custody and I know idea it was even filed. Then she threw her staff under the bus for the mistake. Yes I lost custody of my daughter with no response.

My experience with this firm was excellent. Stacy knows exactly what she’s doing, she knows what the other side is doing. She was a step ahead the whole time. I never waited more than a couple of hours for a call back or return email, and trust me there were many. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and would go to her again if need be!

I have been a client of hers over a decade. When you want to have someone on your side... Before you even know you needed to have a side.... Trust me it's her! Sleep is not over rated. But I even got a nap today thanks to her easing my brain.

I have used her since 2011 in NV. I luckily have not needed legal for a few years. There is no better educational lawyer than her. She will fight harder and smarter than anyone. I'm a special needs advocate and still she was always a step ahead for my kids.

Stacy Perez was my appointed lawyer through the courts. From day one she was nonchalant, rude, lacked empathy and compassion. I always felt she was against me rather than with me. She never reached out to talk to me or actually tried to do her job and investigate. She believed all the allegations and told me to plead no contest to a bunch of lies. All of which were recently dismissed. Bottom line. If she is ever your appointed attorney represent yourself you’ll be better off.

Nice ladies that work there. We go to them when we need things taken care of.

I contacted her about an issue and was screamed at, ridiculed and she asked me if I actually loved my children. I was in shock. Luckily I found a more sympathetic attorney.
