I got recommended by my brother about 3 years ago and i have only been coming to them and they have always been nothing but good news.

After being notified that an arrest warrant was issued for me due to my not appearing for court to respond to a simple speeding citation for 1–10 miles hour over the posted speed limit several months prior, naturally I was very worried and didn’t know what to do? Though the fault was totally my own, as I had recently just changed my home mailing address and I didn’t update the courts, I was still responsible for responding to the warrant that had been issued for my arrest. So I checked online to see if I could pay my ticket thinking that it wouldn’t be a big deal and I quickly found out that I wasn’t even able to pay it online! Additionally, I saw that my citation had been sent to a bill collection agency as well named Harris and Harris. - please note that this happened within a 60 day timeline from the date that I missed my court date also! Then later the same day I was contacted by a man on my cell phone, who said that he needed to speak to me in person immediately regarding a legal matter that he could not talk to me about over the phone, and he described himself as Officer Jones, Of the North Las Vegas Police Department. I found this to be very odd, as my citation had been issued to me by metropolitan police department motorcycle cop in southwest Las Vegas, so I knew something wasn’t right and the man that I was talking to could be a bounty Hunter that was trying to enforce an arrest warrant for a 10 mile an hour over the speed limit traffic citation!!! So now not only do I owe for additional fees for a warrant to be issued for my arrest as well as the ticket that was given to me for admittedly speeding prior, Which I generally would be happy just to pay and be reminded that I need to slow down a little bit and stop being in such a rush especially in Las Vegas where there is no state income tax but they certainly make up for this lost revenue for the state, in the amount of let’s just call them, Poultry Poopoo tickets being written to my fellow citizens of the valley, LOL!!! But now apparently I have friggin DAWG the bounty Hunter and his crack team of Hawaiian surfer BRAHHS coming after me to arrest me for a barely over the speeding limit ticket, so I guess the best thing to do would be higher myself an attorney who could help me fix this sticky situation that I’ve landed myself in at this time! I called LBC Law group, and was immediately transferred to Attorney John Courtney. He took his time and walked me through the process of how this adjudication of my traffic citation will be handled and how he would go the next morning to the court himself and quash my warrant, which would allow me to reschedule for another court date at which time I could hopefully get a reduction of any points on my license or not have to attend an online five hour session of traffic school. I immediately felt a sense of confidence in knowing that this attorney knows his craft and that I wouldn’t have to worry about having to fight off Leland and DAWGS fat wife on the way into the gym or in the event that I was pulled over and hauled off to jail to face the crime of really hauling ass 8 miles an hour over the posted speed limit on Tropicana and Jones!!! True to his word, the very next morning at 9:05 AM I was called by an officer of the court notifying me that attorney Courtney had already appeared on my behalf and done exactly what he said and I was honestly amazed at the level of professionalism and customer service that was offered to me, promised, and delivered upon!!! The clerk of the court notified me of my new court date and told me that my warrant was removed and that I was able to proceed about my normal life activities and that I would be notified of any other changes to my attorney who was now representing me in the matter. Overall, I was very impressed and very thankful for this law office and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is faced with the same type of scenario and tell them that it’s probably the best money you can spend if you have to, Thanks LBC!

Really thought there was no way I could get away with my hefty speeding ticket on my way to Vegas. LBC Law Group was great at following up with me and getting my fine reduced by HALF with no points on my record. Thank you!

I might hire these people to fix a ticket but not for representation. I met with John Courtney and from what I can tell you, watch out! Dude wanted a ton of money just to tell me what I already know, the money wasn't a retainer fee it was money for his time on so called "legal analysis". Folks if you get tangled up with the law whether innocent or guilty, do your own research. The internet is full of cases you can look up, you do not need someone like Courtney to charge you a buttload of cash just to tell you what you should have known before you set foot in a lawyer's office. Another thing that bothered me was the profanity. When you see an attorney about fixing something wrong, the last thing you want to hear are a bunch of "fuku's" coming out of his mouth. No deal for me bro, get your act together Courtney and maybe you could be a decent attorney one day.
