Mr. Dixon helped me resolve a tax problem that I didn't even know about until I received letters from the IRS saying I owed money. My CPA looked at IRS rules and said I should pay the money because the IRS had given exact instructions on the issue. In my first meeting with Mr. Dixon, he took the time to learn all about my problem and asked for details regarding important facts unique to my circumstances. I could tell that he really was thinking through all the options before giving me several options on what I could do, along with all the pros and cons with each option. In the end, Mr. Dixon explained that the IRS rules were not the law and that the IRS was going against decisions by judges. I decided to have Mr. Dixon help me and clearly told me what I had to give him to help him do the job and explained certain things that his firm didn’t need to do and how it would save me money. I really appreciated the fact that he kept me involved in the process and let me know what was happening on my case. He always called or emailed me back when I had a question. With his attention to detail Mr. Dixon was able to figure out how the IRS was wrong and that I was actually owed money. All in all, Mr. Dixon found-out the best way to solve the problem and got me a great result. I am grateful to him and recommend Mr. Dixon for any tax problem.

Bryan Dixon is a wonderful attorney. He is honest and one of the few, real tax attorneys in Nevada. He knows IRS procedures and personnel, and he really seems to enjoy what he does.
