I have hired Mr Leavitt on a number of occasions, always obtaining the best results according to the case at hand on all occasions. I trust him as my attorney and his integrity in our community makes him for me the best yet out there. Everything he did for my cases was on point from a felony charge dropped down to a misdemeanor to say the least. Mr. Leavitt was my attorney a few years ago when it was legal, but not really, to grow our now, recreational marijuana! Earlier this year, I hired Mr. Leavitt to petition the courts, to ask for my early release from a long and complicated probation. He was very attentive and respectful of my legal predicament. Initially called James Dean to see if he might be able to recommend attorney in another state for family member facing possible legal action. Turns out he can practice in other states. What a relief. He handled the case directly, timely and followed up! All went well, thank goodness. If you need someone to assist in a time of fear and confusion he is the lawyer for you.
