I found Mr. Siegel through Avvo after I had retained another Las Vegas attorney a year prior, after my DUI charge. This attorney promised me that he would be able to help me, reduce my charges, but called me one night before the trial and said that he couldn't and I should just plead guilty. That was not an option for me. Mr. Siegel and his team were extremely professional, communicative and did not promise anything but were right on the case. The former attorney was very difficult to get a hold off, and I had a difficult time understanding the legal process - not with Mr. Siegel. He did not overpromise but he delivered the result I wished for - my charges were reduced within just two weeks, and I am very pleased with this outcome.

If you are being accused of a DUI, hire a lawyer! Let Chip go to court for you. I have made not one, but two mistakes. The first time I did not hire a lawyer. I told myself, I'll be good, I will never drink and drive!! I didn't!! I was in an accident and the cop accused me of being drunk, I wasn't. They still accused me and I was tested. THC counts people! While I wasn't driving high, it was concentrated in my blood. Chip has communicated and helped alleviate a ton of stress throughout my ordeal. His office notified me of a change of date for a court appearance before I received it in the mail. Any questions I have via email are replied to very rapidly! And he is a very nice guy!!

I put myself in an unfortunate situation by driving irresponsibly. I faced a lot of potential negative consequences from this, including potential impact to my career. Through word of mouth, I came to know of Mr. Siegel. I could tell was an expert in this type of case and had vast experience. He let me know what to expect and diligently guided me through certain requirements I needed to meet, in most cases even allowing me to complete them before they were even ordered by the court. Chip Seigel is way better than advertised. He was an amazing help to me and my situation and I recommend him as your counsel, attorney, or whatever you need! I found him through a Google search for legal counsel in Nevada which could be slightly uncomfortable. I used the live chat function on his website as a good millennial should, and someone reached out right away. The person on the other side gathered the info on why I needed counsel and said someone would get back to me in 24 hours.
