I was impressed by his communications and availability. Connie, thank you very much for being available and assisting to get in touch with Chip. She always made sure to get a hold of Chip if he was available and always went the extra mile. Chip is thorough and answers every question…and when we, the defendant make a mistake, it helps hearing things in a very “matter of fact” way and his Lehman’s term makes it very easy to understand. He is very concise, empathetic, and bottom line…he will get you the best possible result and be prepared for every possible scenario. Although Chip has handled many Bad Check/Casino marker cases, I haven’t seen any reviews similar to my situation. If you need legal counsel to represent you for a bad casino marker debt, Chip will get you the best result. Without going into details, he was able to have extradition to Nevada quashed and was able to have the felony charges dismissed for a casino marker issue that took place almost 6 years ago.
