Mr. Troiano has represented me since 2018 on a criminal case in which I violated probation twice; both times, Mr. Troiano fought to get my probation reinstated BOTH TIMES!! Mr. Troiano and his team maintained an open line of communication throughout my case. I reached out to Mike a couple of months ago to see if he could ask my sentencing judge to discharge me because my probation officer never answered his phone, and I presented with a career change offer that requires out-of-state traveling. I accepted the job offer, and then I remembered I couldn't leave the state while on probation. Immediately, Mike asked me to get some documents together to show the judge how well I was doing, and once again, Mr. Troiano DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! As a result, I am off of probation with an Honorable discharge. After all of my interactions with Mr. Troiano, he is passionate about his work, professional, always took the time to explain to me in detail every step of my case. Got my first DUI ever January 2021 in Las Vegas and it was immediately an awful experience and quite the hassle that I don't ever want to experience again. Looked online and called a few attorneys and the only one who seemed to care was the office of Chip Siegel. His secretary Connie is the absolute best and despite months out appointments at the DMV, she called the DMV herself to get me in so I could get a temporary license until my hearing. Basically, she would do anything she could to help me out, really helped my mindset and made me feel at ease throughout this whole process. Moved to Texas and for a year Connie and Chip were always there anytime I had a question. They never promised my anything and court finally arrived this week and Chip was able to reduce it to a reckless driving. What a lifesaver this is. Every dime spent was totally worth it and I can't thank them enough.
