I hired Chip for my dads case where he violated probation and parole that happened 8 years ago. Chip was straightforward and punctual dealing with this case. We set up a trust account to ask the district attorney. To dismiss the case without the felony. When full amount was paid they dismiss the case without a felony and my dad was out of jail. Thank you so much Chip!

He is an amazing lawyer that provides miracles. Not only did he help me push my case almost 2 years. He also got my restitution to less than half. And no jail or probation for a felony case.. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

A few month back my fiance needed some legal help. Like most needing an attorney and have had past experiences utilizing attorneys we were looking for someone special. We needed some serious help, really a miracle. Chip was our 1st appointment out of 5 that day. We arrived at his office and could immediately tell this was a law firm that succeeds in this business and success was what we needed. We were introduced to Connie and immediately Connie was warm, calm and welcoming. She introduced us to Chip and we walked into his office. By the decor in Chips office you could tell that this was a lawyer with many merits and in the City of Las Vegas. During our meeting Chip was very poinient, direct, inquisitive and very kind. He explained the whole process and wanted to make sure we were leaving his office with no questions to later stress over. He also added a personal touch and talked about his history including his beautiful family. We then explained to Chip what we had budgeted for this and Chip was gracious and accomodated our financial needs if we chose to obtain him. We explained we needed some time to discuss the matter and also had other appointments that day. On our way out Connie greeted us again and it took just minutes for us to realize that Chip Siegel and his team was exactly what we we needed. We cancelled all other appointments and walked back to his office. From that moment forward it was clear that Chip if anybody could acquire the results we needed. I am going to sum this up by saying that a few short months went by and we recieved a call. Chip had some remarkable news, her case was dismissed and we only needed to pay a small fine. Good people can make some poor choices in life and sadly my fiance made a very honest mistake, the law can be unforgiving and cruel. Chip Siegel and Connie made sure that justice was on our our side and this was a win for not just my fiance but myself. We shared this burden together. Chip and Connie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We prayed for a miracle and recieved just that!

I was charged with DUI in Las Vegas, however had plans of moving out of state for work. This worried me, however Chip ensured me to go about my life and he’d handle the whole thing. That is in fact what he did. From afar, he kept me informed on any requirements on my end, and took care of every court date and every aspect in Nevada. The final outcome was as favorable as could be- I had to take a couple online classes and pay a (very small) fine to the court. He was able to close the case without my ever once stepping foot into a courtroom or disrupting my new job and new life in a different state. It was truly a great feeling when he wrapped everything up, and I can’t imagine anyone else making the whole process this simple and worry free.

First off I would like to thank mr. Siegel for handling my case on a very professional level taken care of the problem that I created. Was very professional courteous got the job done I highly recommend him for whatever you need.

My case was a very difficult situation. From the very beginning Chip and Connie were there to help. Very polite and on top of my case. They consistently kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I live out of state and travel for work all the time and they were able to handle everything over the phone and through emails without me having to come back to Vegas. This charge would have been a felony DUI and Chip was able to have it reduced to a 1st offense misdemeanor which far exceeded my expectations. Chip was always up front and honest with me about what the outcomes could possibly be and never sugar coated anything which was greatly appreciated instead of a false hope. I will always refer anybody with a DUI charge to Chip's office without hesitation. Thank you guys!

Getting a DUI was absolutely one of the scariest things to happen to me. Hiring Chip was by far one of the best. First, I was referred to Chip by a Las Vegas Police Officer friend, so that should immediately tell you he's well known. I had never had an interaction with the law, and my situation was complicated, with a new unregistered vehicle, out of state license, and arrest technically outside of Las Vegas. It was so stressful and I had no idea how to deal with it myself. When I first called, Chip himself returned my call in less than 10 minutes and talked to me for close to a half hour. You are NOT getting a firm with a random JV lawyer assigned to you. You will mostly be dealing with Chip himself, a former prosecuting attorney. The only other member of his staff is Connie, who is the sweetest person in the universe and was my mom away from home during this ordeal. She answers the phone most of the time, and has a LOT of experience and advice herself. When I contacted Chip's office by phone, Connie would either immediately help, or I'd hear from Chip within the hour. If I e-mailed, Chip's usual response time was less than 4 hours. This is by far the most impressive professional interaction I've ever had with anyone. You never feel rushed or like you're too much, they always have time for you. As far as my legal case, Chip had already arranged with the prosecutor to have the case dismissed! We may have been in the court for 60 seconds, and the case completely disappeared forever. More impressive, the dismissal was based on a recent state supreme court ruling that I NEVER would have known about myself (and I doubt most other lawyers would have either). Chip was also frank, never overpromised or set expectations, and came out with both good and bad news prepared and confidant. I am so grateful to Chip and Connie for making this craziness end and making a super tough situation a breeze. There are people out there like Chip and Connie who truly make the difference.
