As A retired law enforcement Agent Recently A family member was at a function that involved music dancing and Some alcohol. This family member has a very lengthy medical history. I then hired chip as this family member has a tendency to have terrible eyesight after sunset, also tends to shake and jerk as they drive to begin with. Unfortunately not everybody receives a clean bill of heath from the lord. The family member had been pulled over for suspicion of DUI. Entering the 15 freeway and appeared to be intoxicated. Jay "Chip" was a phenomenal lawyer from start to end. The two most important things I want in a lawyer are reassurance and realism. You want your lawyer to express confidence that he/she can be of help to you. At the same time you want to them to be real with you so there are no surprises at the end. Chip laid out exactly what he thought he could achieve for me on day one and delivered every bit of that and more in the end. And that was even with a late curveball thrown by the prosecutor in the final week before our trial date. It was very noticeable how both the prosecutor and judge had a high level of familiarity and respect for Chip and it no doubt increased my chances of a favorable outcome. That alone made him worth every penny but his knowledge and guidance were extremely valuable throughout the process as well.

Every parent dreads getting that phone call in the middle of the night hearing their child has been in an accident. For Ray: Chip did a good job and I highly recommend him. I live out of state and was driving through Las Vegas after 23 hours on the road non-stop. My brakes went out and I hit the two cars in front of me, causing damage to both vehicles. He had the accident (my fault) reduced to a non moving violation parking ticket. It was handled via email/phone and I didn't have to come back to Vegas for court.
