I had an appointment over the phone twice and both times they never called me or anything so I guess you get what you pay for , that’s why it’s half price.

Helped me last minute! kept the warrant away very fast to help reasonable price and the staff was great i dont know what others are talking about, if you come in with a good attitude tjey take care of you! recommend 100%

0 stars! Contacted for a consultation via website, completed the information online prior to the call for the appointment with all the information about our case. Made an appointment for late afternoon. Called two hours prior the appointment and Olla took the message, no one returned the call, so we showed up for the late afternoon appointment and they wanted us to fill out a form with all the same information already provided. Asked a question about a section they "REQUIRED" prior to meeting with the attorney, they got nasty about it and told us if we didn't want to complete the form we could leave. We went to leave with our personal information already completed form and they wanted the entire form back. If you aren't going to return calls in a timely fashion, make us provide the same information several times, and then be nasty about answering a single question on a required section for an existing case, you don't get to keep our personal information. Nasty lady even had the audacity to say if you want good customer service you do what we say and give us information even if you aren't sure what should go in a section. Terrible customer service and nasty attitude ladies at the counter! Asked to fill it out with the attorney and was refused. Nonsense! Save your money and time, find a real lawyer office to deal with!

I didn’t have any problems with these guys. It seems like they have a high turnover rate, my case was passed between a few people but it didn’t affect on my case.

I was and am very satisfied with Half Price Lawyers. They are extremely helpful and very courteous. They answered all my questions and I never had to wait to speak to an actual member over the phone.
