This was my first experience of getting into a car accident as an adult and having to get a lawyer for the first time. I was referred by my coworkers to Benson & Bingham. Dana and Cassidy at the Summerlin location made the process very easy and straight forward as well as following up often and making sure I understood how things were going and what might happen. Benson and Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers are a great law firm. Working with the attorney Dana Oswalt and the case manager Bernadette Lazar was such a great experience. I was really stressed about the car accident I had last year, but they made everything so simple and had my best interests in mind. The staff also replied very fast and helped me understand all about my case. Dealing with multiple entities was a tough process, but they handled all the insurance stuff, taking away all the stress. My husband and I got rear ended, the accident wasn’t major, which not anyone wanted to take our case, we went to 2 other places before my husband found this place and they took our case no hesitations.
