My experience with Benson & Bingham was the best. I highly recommend this firm.Dane and Isabel were on point with communication glad they got to work on my case.

My case was handled very professionally and efficiently by Dane and Isabel. They explained every detail and step of the process. I would totally recommend Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC - Downtown to anyone.

So I've taken awhile after my settlement to write this review so I could have time to consider it. I think a fair review is that, for the price, they did an okay job. Up until I received the first offer they hyped me up that they were 'going after the policy maximum' in my obvious hit and run case I had concrete video evidence of that left me injured. The first offer came back very low. I asked the case manager about what happened with 'going after the policy maximum' she said the lawyer would contact me. The lawyer charged me an extra $600 for that phone call that lasted just a few minutes as 'pre litigation consultation' because her case manager misinterpreted my question. I just wanted them to work a little harder on my behalf considering what they were charging me to get a more reasonable settlement. Additionally, when I inquired about why I hadn't heard an update in six weeks I received a somewhat truncated and rude response from the case manager. After I received my settlement they started spamming my email after I requested that I be removed from their solicitation list. That request was not respected. Are they a bad law firm? No. But they could do better.

I got in an accident where a drunk driver backed into me and a family member’s car (Saturday). Waking up the next morning sore, I reached out to B&B based on a simple Google Search. They responded the next day (a Sunday no less) and within minutes, I had a Monday Appointment to meet with one of the attorneys. Danielle Richardson was a godsend. She made everything understandable, answered all my questions, and usually always within 24 hours too. Bernadette Lazar was my case manager and she too was very responsive. They knew where to send me, how to help me understand everything going on, and what to expect with each step of the process. Outside of two visits for paperwork and getting the medical care, I had very little to even do in the process, they took care of everything in between. Overall, a very negative event turned into a positive experience. They worked with me, made sure I got the care I needed, and fought for me. I could not be happier with the results!

My experience with Benson and Brigham has been extremely pleasant and I'm not kidding. My initial first phone call was with another lawyer's office. Well that office scheduled appointment with me for the next day and they of course forgot about me. I did my research and I came across Benson and Bingham and from the very first phone call I could tell I was going to be well taken care of, my call was transferred to Michelle and she immediately had a car sent to my home to bring me to the office so we could meet face to face. The first thing that Michelle got across to me was that she was concerned about my health and set up a plan for me to get healthy ( the absolute best team of doctors), I didn't need to worry about hospital bills or my completely totaled out car as you can imagine, this was music to my ears as painful as everything else felt. The lawyer team at Benson & Bingham was great in the handling my case because I live out of state, and they found doctors in my state to give me treatment. The legal team always checked in on me and informed thru out the process and were very helpful and professional. What an amazing group of lawyers and associates from the first day I contacted them after my accident they kept in constant contact with me and kept me informed on everything that was happening with my case they actually cared about what I was going through it made me feel like I was very important to them. Bernadette was so patient with me I can’t remember how many times I contacted her with little questions of things I didn’t understand or just wanted more clarification on and she contacted me back right away within that day or the next day. It’s not off and you want to cross people especially lawyers that actually care about what you’re going through and how you’re feeling. Some days if it wasn’t for Bernadette I would’ve pulled my hair out I was so frustrated and she was able to help me with advice I needed and she actually was sympathetic and I don’t know what I would’ve done without her
