In March 2021 my dad and I were driving home from school and we were in a car accident rear ended from behind and another car hit the car that was behind. This was my first car accident I've been in and I was really traumatized and scared. In March 2021 my 10 year old son and I were rear ended by multiple care. This was my first time in a accident I've ever been in so I didn't know what to do so my friend Mike Nguyen referred me to Benson and Bingham. Michelle and Eva are great people to work with I mostly dealt with Eva V but I had the pleasure of working with Michelle. Michelle kept me well informed about what was going on what my choices are and what the outcome might be . They directed to a good chiropractor to get some treatment for back injuries and soreness. I had a car accident two years ago. And l had found Benson and Bingham lawyer office. Attoney Danielle Richardson and her assistant Philip contacted me and had taken this case. They asked me a bunch of details about how the accident happened then they went to the process to request a settlement to the counter party insurance. During the process Attoney assistant Philip tried to be best to collect my informations of the accident and contacted me and let me know updated the process information. I am really grateful. Philip is a very hardworking person. As well as Attoney Danielle she is always to explain me when I don’t understand the situation.
